  Stopped in the Flooring America Store Algonquin, Il. to purchase flooring. I made my purchase on A Tuesday at about 11 am not a big purchase but that doesn't matter here. The next day with in a 24 hour period I had cancelled my order we decided to go in a different direction...Here is the kicker they charged us 35% for restocking, would not recommend this business to anyone.
  Saturday 5 days later still waiting for refund......
  I have too say it took 5 minutes to take my money now waiting on my partial refund. What a joke !!!!
