  My parents have been using this dry cleaning service for years and have never had problems. I took my wedding gown here to be cleaned and preserved. Not only did they ruin my gown, but they still did not give me a refund of the service. They ruined the satin finish of my dress and ripped the seam of the dress down the front. I was very dissatisfied with the service. They were unapologetic and told me that is just what happens when your dress is really dirty and they use a lot of cleaner on it. Please don't bring your wedding gown to this place if you want it to come back looking like it did when you first bought it.
