  Can't be trusted to resize a ring. Ruined my wedding band... Offered to replace it, but it's my wedding band! Management was apologetic but the gentleman who was trying to "fix" my band was pretty rude and said "your making a bigger deal out of this than it is"... Really? Bottom line is there are better places to buy your jewelry. They got it closer to its original shape and claimed it's the best that they could do. I'll be bringing it to a professional for whose best is perfection.
