  Waited for a long time just to be acknowledged and then told to wait for a banker. Total time 20 min to sit around and wait for a banker to help and no one did. Ended up leaving without resolving issue. Always incredibly slow service, not coming to this location anymore.

  I never have problems at chase banks and today was the first and worst. their staff is not friendly, they leave you waiting and barely acknowledge you are there. I waited 30 minutes before someone bothered to ask what I needed and then another 15 to tell me that they wouldn't have time to help me since their current customer was taking up their time which isn't surprising since they only had ONE girl behind a desk. I don't know if this was an unusual case or not but I feel sorry for the next person if this is their usual behavior.
