  PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING WARRANTY!! We purchased the Ashley Furniture warranty plan for our sectional sofa knowing that we have three children and the plan would be needed. What we didn't know (and wasn't explained in store, just fine print in the contract) was that you need to call on EVERY STAIN. My couch has minor stains here and there, heck I have three kids. I didn't consider calling on them because they didn't need to be cleaned. Then my kids spilled gum and a few days later juice on the couch so I filed a claim. Long story short, they denied my claim because it was "an accumulation of stains" and furthermore said my warranty was void until I paid out of pocket to have the piece professionally cleaned or bought all new cushions. Such a scam. ANYONE WITH CHILDREN - please avoid the hassle and save some money by not buying the protection plan. After all, with kids, who can call in after EVERY stain? It's simply not feasible.
  
  As a side note, the store was very helpful in helping me deal with GBS, the warranty company, but at the end of the day, they cannot overturn the warranty. I would highly recommend Ashley find another warranty company - as a loyal Ashley customer for more than 10 years, GBS is NOT a reflection of the customer service the store offers, which in my opinion, is quite good.

  Came in for a couch set and met with Daniel who was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Really made shopping for furniture which can be a real task enjoyable. Walked away having purchased a set imI sure we will enjoy for many years

  I had a delightful experience at Ashley. My sales associate, Denise Jaehnke, was very patient in helping me find the appropriate sectional for my limited space. The managers were also very helpful. I would strongly recommend Ashley for prospective furniture buyers.
