  My wife and I have been taking our cars to Jim for several years. I can't stress enough how pleased we are with their work, and more importantly, honesty. I recently had my car towed there after the transmission went out. Jim called me and told me it would be $3500. However, he took the trouble of calling Nissan to see if it was under warranty, and it was. He then arranged for Woodfield Nissan to tow it to the Nissan dealer. If Jim were not so honest, I would have been out a lot of money.
  My wife has had her van in there for several things (don't remember the details), and, on multiple occasions, was told service was not required.
  Because of our experiences, I'll be taking my cars there for tires as well. Although they may need to order the tires because it's not in stock, I'd rather go through them, based on my positive experiences, than deal with the awful, inconvenient, Costco tires (that's another post).
