  I love how helpful the ppl are! Everyone is friendly & will go out of their way to find what I'm looking for. From a price check to an expensive brand color match!! I would rather shop at Ulta than bear shopping at Sephora & dealing with going to the mall

  Can’t say enough how much i love Being inside ulta, it’s my Disneyland. But trying to get actual assistance with products is getting worse and worse. The employees (some or all) work for the individual makeup companies so it doesn’t matter what you ask, they turn it around and try to sell you their brand instead. This has happened every time I’ve been in the last five times now. Even when i asked a specific question about a specific brand , suddenly I’m handed a different brand and it makes me not trust anything they say anymore. I’d like to be able to request a neutral ulta salesperson.
