  Wanted a plain slim - the one with provolone cheese. I asked for avocado to be added. They refused to do it and said they are not allowed to customize the plain slim sandwiches. I've gotten this sandwich a dozen times at different stores and online.
  
  The manager was training a new person and the manager was the one who refused. Instead they said my only option was to order the vegetarian sandwich and then asked if I was ok with everything on it. I don't know how an order for a sandwich with cheese and avocado spread could be so difficult. It took a good 10 minutes for me to get this simple sandwich which should've been around $6 (avocado costs extra) and it ended up being close to $9. They should feel embarrassed. What a sorry excuse of a jimmy johns.
